Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Your mind is always on - worrying about the future, reviewing difficult events from your past.

You may find yourself:

  • repeating the same thought loops over and over

  • feeling so anxious and overwhelmed, it’s hard to function

  • oscillating between strong waves of emotion, then feeling nothing at all

  • being unable to fall asleep due to racing thoughts

  • constantly tense and uncomfortable in your body

You’ve tried other things - talk therapy, self-help books, medication - but nothing has fully helped.

Mindfulness can help!

Mindfulness is simply a cultivated nonjudgmental awareness and acceptance of whatever is occurring in the present moment.

It is a skill we can build - like any other. It take consistent practice and skilled guidance, but once you build it…

Mindfulness is a mental health superpower.

I utilize a variety of mindfulness techniques to help you move through daily life with greater ease

I specialize in helping people new to mindfulness find practices and routines that work for them. It’s not all about sitting still and watching your breath! Everybody is different and, invariably, the best mindfulness practice is the one you can do consistently.

There are so many different forms of mindfulness! Nearly anything you do day-to-day can be turned into a mindfulness practice.

It may feel intimidating, but with my support, you’ll begin to see results quickly

With mindfulness, you can learn to quiet your mind and really be with whatever is really happening inside of you. Those repetitive thoughts are trying to help but they’re stuck in that loop because they are a way our mind resists or distracts us from our deeper feelings. You are not just your thoughts. Mindfulness allows you to process these feelings without pushing them away - so you can move on.

If you’re ready to get unstuck, allow me to help you bring mindfulness into your life
