Psychedelic-assisted Therapy

Expand your Mind & Heal your Soul

You’re looking to explore the depths of your inner landscape - to get to the root of the issue.

You’ve explored other approaches to that inner work, but you’ve stagnated and can’t seem to get unstuck.

Sometimes with talk therapy and other traditional approaches, you can reach a sort of impasse. You fully understand what feelings and perspectives aren’t working for you, how you’ve come to feel and think that way, and how you’d like to feel and think differently - but, try as you might, these old patterns persist. Often the problem is that you’re trying to make all these changes from your mind down and those insights are not yet embodied.

You’re ready to expand your consciousness and unlock your inherent potential for growth.

Psychedelic therapy can help!

Imagine your conscious mind as the shimmering surface of a deep lake. There’s the part you see, the part you interact with daily – the ripples, the reflections, the immediate clarity. We navigate our lives, make decisions and form perceptions based on what's immediately visible. Yet, the true richness and depth of our being lie in the waters below, holding stories and wisdom our bodies and spirits yearn to share.

Psychedelics can create a powerful current that stirs the depths of the lake…

allowing us to make conscious contact with pieces of ourselves which are unseen yet deeply influence our lives.

Cannabis-Assisted Therapy

Cannabis is an often underestimated plant medicine with unique psychedelic properties. Even experienced recreational users may be shocked by its profound effects when used with intention and under the supervision of an experienced guide.

Cannabis acts as a ‘somatic psychedelic’ - allowing clients to be more embodied as they embark on their inner work. This can facilitate the gentle surfacing and processing of repressed emotions and memories from the unconscious. Deep relaxation allows for somatic release of stored trauma and stress, providing an opportunity for nervous system regulation, resilience building, and the development of healthier patterns.

These sessions are somatic-focused and can lead to powerful, transformative experiences, often comparable to those reported with other psychedelic medicines. My role is to provide a supportive and structured environment for you to explore these experiences and integrate them into your life, fostering lasting healing and growth.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Ketamine is a well-established synthetic compound that has been used in medical settings since 1970. It has been lauded as an immensely powerful anesthetic and sedative with a rapid onset, fantastic safety profile, and short duration of action. In the last 20 years, research has shown that ketamine can be used at much lower doses to provide a rapid and robust antidepressant and antianxiety effect. It is now used to treat many mental health symptoms and disorders.

Ketamine acts as a dissociative - meaning it temporarily disconnects your mind from your body. The result is an altered state of awareness that gives you a break from your normal ways of feeling and thinking - including ruminations, obsessions, and depressive thought patterns. This can bring about new ways of seeing yourself and the world, which can be a profound mechanism for healing.

Ketamine also provides a period of heightened neuroplasticity after each session. This is a period where it is much easier for you to establish new habits, ways of thinking, and ways of relating to the world around you. During this window, integration of the experience is essential so that new ways of thinking, behaving, and being can be embodied, leading to lasting change.

Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy

Psilocybin-assisted therapy combines the effects of psilocybin with thoughtful preparation, therapeutic support during the psychedelic experience, and ongoing integration afterward.

I am a fully licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator in Colorado, which allows me to bring my background as a psychotherapist into legally regulated psilocybin services. Rather than treating the psychedelic experience as a stand-alone intervention, I approach psilocybin work as part of a larger therapeutic process.

I have many hundreds of hours of experience guiding clients through psilocybin journeys. The approach I have developed has been carefully curated towards maximizing lasting, positive outcomes for my clients.

I combine my training in somatic trauma therapy, parts work, mindfulness, and attachment-based therapy with the wisdom of the medicine and your own inner healing intelligence to help my clients get the most out of their journeys.

Preparation may involve learning to recognize protective patterns, developing greater capacity to stay with difficult emotions and sensations, strengthening a sense of safety and agency, and clarifying what you hope to explore through psychedelic therapy.

During psilocybin sessions, I emphasize safety, choice, pacing, and relationship. Rather than pushing for catharsis or trying to manufacture a particular kind of experience, we work with what emerges while helping you remain connected to yourself and your own internal signals.

Integration then becomes more than simply talking about what happened. We use what emerged during the experience to support gradual changes in how you relate to your body, emotions, relationships, needs, boundaries, and everyday life.

Psilocybin-assisted Therapy may be helpful with…

  • Complex Trauma

  • Moderate/Severe Depression

  • Difficulty accessing or expressing emotions

  • Grief & Loss
